Rodríguez Márquez Law Firm, S.C. was founded in 1986, at the initiative of José Antonio Rodríguez Márquez, 1° Chartered Arbitrator de América Latina, 1st Chartered Arbitrator of Latin America, in response to the needs of medium and large companies, national and international, providing specialized legal advice and guaranteeing the confidentiality and trust placed by our clients.

Since our beginning we have focused on corporate law, however, the needs of clients have gradually and successfully led us in the corporate, real estate, infrastructure, as well as arbitration and mediation areas, thus consolidating a deep experience in the development of successful legal solutions for a wide range of needs.

Director and founder of Bufete Rodríguez Márquez, S.C. Bilingual lawyer, graduated from UNAM with Honorable Mention and Gabino Barreda Medal, with postgraduate studies in the United States, and author of more than 12 tax and legal publications.

1st Chartered Arbitrator of Latin America,, recognition granted by “The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators” in London, England. Márquez is a reference in the arbitration area, being a successful mediator in multicultural international disputes in matters: commercial, corporate, infrastructure and energy.

His extensive experience accredits him as an expert lawyer in corporate, real estate, tourism, commercial, infrastructure, private financing, mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, in the academic field, he has been a professor at recognized universities in Mexico, among which stand out, the Autonomous University of Mexico, the Free School of Law, the University for Graduate Studies in Law and the Technological Institute of Monterrey.
