Rodr\u00edguez M\u00e1rquez Law Firm, S.C. was founded in 1986, at the initiative of Jos\u00e9 Antonio Rodr\u00edguez M\u00e1rquez, 1\u00b0 Chartered Arbitrator de Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong>, 1st Chartered Arbitrator of Latin America, in response to the needs of medium and large companies, national and international, providing specialized legal advice and guaranteeing the confidentiality and trust placed by our clients.<\/p>\n

Since our beginning we have focused on corporate law, however, the needs of clients have gradually and successfully led us in the corporate, real estate, infrastructure, as well as arbitration and mediation areas, thus consolidating a deep experience in the development of successful legal solutions for a wide range of needs.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1rquez is a reference in the arbitration area, being a successful mediator in multicultural international disputes in matters: commercial, corporate, infrastructure and energy.<\/p>\n

His extensive experience accredits him as an expert lawyer in corporate, real estate, tourism, commercial, infrastructure, private financing, mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n

In addition, in the academic field, he has been a professor at recognized universities in Mexico, among which stand out, the Autonomous University of Mexico, the Free School of Law, the University for Graduate Studies in Law and the Technological Institute of Monterrey.<\/p>\n
